NOTE:
Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays and the delivery times indicated in the table begin from the withdrawal of the courier.
Orders received from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, will be processed on the next working day. Orders received on Saturday and/or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
The time of delivery may suffer delays due to force majeure such as weather conditions and strikes.
DELIVERY METHODS
We deliver throughout the national territory, with the exception of San Marino and the Vatican City. For orders placed in August, shipping times may vary, due to summer closing. All purchases are subject to the approval of the bank before processing the order. Only purchases authorized will be processed and shipped. If your order cannot be processed you will be notified via e-mail.
The ordered products are delivered to the postal address specified by the Customer. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during normal office hours, excluding national holidays. The products are being delivered in closed boxes with the label anti-burglar, which is the seal of guarantee.
At the time the order is delivered to the courier you will receive an e-mail containing a link to verify your package's route by taking charge of the courier until actual delivery.
On the day of delivery with the courier you will be sent a second e-mail to inform the Customer that the delivery will take place on the same day.
The delivery is considered completed when the product is made available to the Customer at the address specified.
At the time of delivery of the products by the courier, if the Customer finds:
(a) alterations to the label anti-burglar and/or damage to the packaging
b) non-correspondence between the number of pieces in the delivery, and as indicated in the transport document
must immediately challenge this by contacting 100ml.it through the Customer Service and specifying the order for which you are having these problems.
NON-DELIVERY
In the case of non-delivery on the first attempt, the courier will leave a notice informing the Customer that there will be a second delivery attempt the next working day. In case of absence of the Customer even at the second attempt, is left in the mailbox a notice with the references of the Post Office where the Customer can collect his parcel in the next 10 working days, including Saturdays. After this time, if the Customer does not collect the parcel, the products subject to the order will be returned to 100ml.it
